Customers must include order number, a description of damage, and pictures for verification, Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly. If it is decided that your product is damaged which includes cracked or malfunction tube , a refund or replacement will be sent at the discretion of the buyer. It does not include air spaces that are normal when wand is removed and gloss is displaced around tube or slight color difference as these are handmade products and differences will occur. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full retail price. If your product is deemed to not be damaged at the discretion of seller you will not receive replacement or refund.
